By accessing or using Athena Labs, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Athena provides tools for portfolio organization, historical analysis, risk scoring, volatility diagnostics, stress testing, strategy simulation, and AI-assisted educational explanations. Outputs are informational and educational only. Athena does not tell users what to buy, sell, hold, short, or trade, and it does not determine whether any investment, portfolio, or strategy is suitable for you.

Athena is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading adviser, financial planner, or fiduciary. Nothing on Athena should be interpreted as personalized investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset.

You are solely responsible for your financial decisions, trading activity, portfolio construction, and interpretation of Athena outputs. You should consult qualified professionals before making financial, tax, legal, or investment decisions.

Market data, portfolio analytics, news, AI outputs, and risk calculations may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. Athena may rely on third-party providers, uploaded user data, cached data, and simplified assumptions. Athena does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any output.

Athena may integrate with third-party market data, news, analytics, payment, authentication, hosting, and AI providers. Athena is not responsible for third-party content, data interruptions, outages, or external websites linked from the service.

Athena may use AI systems to generate explanations, summaries, and educational risk context. AI outputs may be incorrect or incomplete and should be reviewed carefully. AI outputs are not financial advice and should not be relied on as the sole basis for any decision.

You may upload or enter portfolio holdings, transactions, symbols, quantities, prices, notes, or other information. You represent that you have the right to provide this information. You remain responsible for the accuracy of uploaded or entered data.

• Illegal activity or use that violates applicable law.
• Scraping, reverse engineering, disrupting, or attempting unauthorized access to Athena.
• Using Athena to provide regulated advice without authorization.
• Uploading malicious code or abusing APIs, rate limits, or infrastructure.
• Violating intellectual property, privacy, contractual, or third-party rights.

Paid plans, billing cycles, renewals, refunds, and cancellations will be described at checkout or in your account settings. If billing is not yet enabled during beta, paid-plan features may be shown for preview only.

Athena may offer beta, experimental, or preview features. Beta features may change, break, or be removed at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Athena Labs and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, trading losses, lost data, or investment losses arising from use of the service.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by other reasonable means.
